The PhoneCenter in the Office of Development at Western Carolina University is responsible for contacting alumni, parents, and friends to update records and inform them on university news and events. The PhoneCenter provides student callers with professional experience and raises much-needed support for university initiatives. Students employed at the PhoneCenter are proud to be Catamounts and enjoy sharing their experiences with alumni, parents, and friends of WCU.
The PhoneCenter offers donors a way to connect to Western Carolina University. Donors can make an immediate gift using a credit card or by giving a pledge; students are trained to professionally process all calls. We are aslo happy to send more information, gift forms, and reminders in the mail.
Chatty Cats
The Chatty Cats are student fundraisers currently attending WCU who enjoy making connections with Western's alumni,friends, and parents. They make phone calls on behalf of the university from the PhoneCenter located in H.F.R. Administration Building.
