Performance Management

As Western continues to transition key business processes from manual to automated systems, beginning with the 2010-2011 work cycle the University’s performance management program will be conducted via the online employment system.  This transition will enhance efficiencies and will create a seamless system that will provide a central portal for all employment related activities. Additionally, while program guidelines remain the same, the year-end evaluation tool has been revised to provide supervisors and employees with a more user friendly and understandable format.

Representatives from the Office of Human Resources are available throughout to work with supervisors on an individual basis and to answer any questions that may arise.
