Where will my Student Live?

Students, even first year students, are allowed to have cars on campus. Students will need to complete the online registration form to register their vehicles with the University Police. Please be aware that parking regulations are strictly enforced on campus.

While a small community, students have full access to Jackson County’s public transportation system. The system requires reservations and provides local transportation as well as service to the Asheville Airport. On campus, students have access to WCU’s Cat Tran as well as the Off-Campus Housing Shuttle which provides service to students who reside at local apartment complexes. The Off-Campus Housing Shuttle is operated by Jackson County Transit and is free of charge to students with WCU ID.
