The college years are challenging for both students and their families. We have compiled the answers to many of the questions that we receive from parents and family members and included them here to help you navigate each step of the way to your student’s graduation. Under General Advice, you will find information on expectations for students from the college perspective as well as advice from the Counseling Center and Residential Living. Advice for Families of Prospective Students includes general advice for the college search process. The Advice for Families of Recently Accepted Students walks families through Orientation and the enrollment process. In the Advice for Families of Current Students section, we have included information on freshman transition issues as well as pointers for upperclassmen. |
