ABET Definition: Program Educational Objectives are broad statements that describe the career and professional accomplishments that the program is preparing graduates to achieve.
- Assume entry-level positions in the professional practice of electrical engineering, including graduate education.
- Participate effectively on engineering design teams while recognizing design problem constraints and the impact of solutions.
- Apply appropriate mathematics, current engineering design tools and effective written and oral communications to engineering practice.
- Apply appropriate strategies to maintain professional and ethical responsibility, to engage in lifelong learning, and to develop a knowledge of contemporary issues.
