Western Carolina University utilizes the educational facilities and resources of the University of North Carolina at Asheville and is affiliated with the Asheville Graduate Center. Almost all of the courses are taught by regular WCU faculty who travel from Cullowhee. Advising for most programs is available, by appointment, through the WCU-Asheville office.
Western enrolls more than 700 students in Asheville classes. You will find many of the classes are small, creating opportunities for collaborative learning and individualized instruction.
