Graduate Certificate in Project Management
The graduate certificate is of particular interest to workplace professionals or military personnel who are looking for certification rather than a degree due, in part, to the convenient delivery of courses over an eight-week period. The Graduate Certificate in Project Management is awarded to students who successfully complete the following four three-credit courses:
- PMC 610: “Introduction to Professional Project Management”
- PMC 620: “Life Cycle of Successful Projects”
- PMC 630: “Project Teams: Tools and Techniques for Global Collaboration”
- PMC 640: “The Art and Science of Project Planning”
Transfer of Credit to the MPM Degree Program
If a student desires to continue study in the MPM degree program after completing the certificate program, and the student meets the admission requirements for the MPM program, the student will be given credit for the first two core courses in the MPM program (PM 650 and PM 652).
Minimum Admission Requirements
An undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited instruction of higher education, with a 3.0 average on the last 60 hours.
