CM 483 Internship Evaluation Form (PDF)
The PDF contains the CM 483 syllabus and the two-page evaluation form that must be completed by your supervisor and returned to the Construction Management Faculty who is listed as the instructor for the section you have registered. CM students need to register and pay for CM 483 (2 credits) before starting their required one-semester internship. Before the last week of the scheduled semester, students should complete their own report and have their supervisor complete the evaluation form to receive a satisfactory grade in this course. Both reports and evaluations should be be faxed 828-227-7138, mailed, or emailed to your internship faculty for the course or to Dr. Sims (bsims@email.wcu.edu).
