Library sharpens focus on WNC history
Individuals with an interest in Western North Carolina’s past can now search Hunter Library’s new online archives devoted to Cherokee culture and the evolution of travel.

Western Carolina University’s Cherokee Language Program received a $199,540 grant to continue its efforts in developing and revising Cherokee language coursework.
