WCU is a University of North Carolina campus

What students are saying:
"I have made it my job to make sure I come every week, and with the one-on-one attention it was easier for me to understand the material."

Services
The purpose of tutoring is to assist you in learning and practicing the concepts necessary for success in a specific subject area, to assist you in bettering your learning skills (note-taking, time management, test preparation, etc.), and to provide a forum for participatory learning (studying with a peer, group tutoring, etc.).

Your tutor will challenge you to do your best and will expect you to attend sessions prepared, focused, and directed. Tutors are here to serve as a guide for you as you work to understand the concepts and complete the work assigned to you in a course. Tutors never do work for students.
